St. Cassian Cross Country had an extraordinary season, marked by remarkable achievements and teamwork! The varsity girls' team—Morgan Angelillo, Diane Buza, Sophia Cohen, Eden Solorzano, and Valentina Schielke—earned an impressive 2nd place in the state. A special congratulations to Eden Solorzano, the varsity girls state champion, and Morgan Angelillo, the Varsity Girls Archdiocese of Newark Champion. Additionally, Dominic Manze and Madeline Angelillo were crowned champions for the Archdiocese of Newark in the 3rd/4th grade division!
Cross country remains a beloved sport at our school, fostering not only athletic success but also skill development, self-esteem, perseverance, and sportsmanship—all while having fun.
